On request, we can arrange a video consultation with your surgeon before you book. Ask about the technique, recovery, or their experience with cases like yours.

We prepare everything for your arrival
Once you choose your dates, your coordinator books the hospital slot, your hotel, and VIP airport transfers. You'll get a simple checklist and pre-surgery instructions.

Your treatment in Istanbul
A private driver meets you at the airport. Your coordinator and interpreter are with you at your appointments. The medical team confirms your treatment and when you can fly home.

Who will I be talking to?
When you message VIP Surgery Turkey, you're reaching Anastasia Ezhikova, the founder, personally. Your coordinator handles the practical details; your doctor makes the medical decisions.
How long will I need in Istanbul?
Usually 5 to 15 days, depending on the procedure. Your plan confirms the expected stay before you book, and your surgeon confirms when you can fly home.
When do I pay?
Payment is on the day of surgery after your in-person examination and medical clearance. For bookings more than six months ahead, a deposit may be needed to fix the price. Your coordinator confirms the terms before you book.
When can I expect a reply?
Anastasia starts answering from 08:00 Istanbul time, usually into the evening. If you write outside those hours, allow time for a reply.
