VIP Surgery Turkey is the trading name of VİP GROUP ÖZEL SAĞLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in Türkiye under MERSİS number 0925-1170-6210-0001, with its registered office in Maslak, Istanbul. It is a medical travel coordinator: it arranges treatment, it does not provide it. Everything on this page can be checked, and the last section tells you how.
Most medical travel websites never tell you which company you would actually be dealing with. Here is ours, in full.
A trading name and a registered name are not the same thing, and it is entirely normal for them to differ. If you are checking who you are dealing with, the registered name above is the one that appears on a register.
We do not publish a founding year on this page. We have more than one date on record and have not yet established which one a document supports, so we leave the field empty rather than fill it with something plausible. What we can stand behind, and say elsewhere on this site, is that Anastasia has been coordinating treatment in Istanbul for more than a decade.
Our office is an office. It is where the coordination happens, not where treatment happens: no consultation, examination or surgery takes place there. Where treatment does happen is covered below.

This is the single most misunderstood thing about companies like ours, so it is worth stating without any wriggle room. VIP Surgery Turkey coordinates medical travel. We do not own a hospital, we do not employ surgeons, and we do not carry out treatment of any kind.
Your operation is performed by an independent, board-certified surgeon at an independent hospital in Istanbul. The clinical decisions are theirs. Ours is everything around them: the assessment before you travel, the hospital booking, the hotel, the transfers, the interpreting, the coordinator who is with you at every appointment, and the follow-up once you are home. We are not a health insurer, we do not process insurance claims, and nothing we publish is medical advice.
Surgery does not happen at our office. It happens at an independent hospital in Istanbul, and the hospital slot is booked by your coordinator once your dates are set.
Before you book anything you have a video consultation with the surgeon who would operate on you, so you are not committing to a stranger and neither is the surgeon.
We do not publish the list of partner hospitals on this page. When we do, it will be a list we can stand behind rather than a wall of logos, because the rule that governs every page here is that nothing goes up until it has been checked. How that check works is set out in our editorial policy.
