If anything on this site is inaccurate, out of date or misleading, we want to know and we will fix it. This page explains how to report it, what we do with it, and how you can tell afterwards that a page was corrected.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page. Point at the page and quote the part you think is wrong. You do not need to be a patient, and you do not need to explain why you were reading it.
We check the claim against its source. If it is a clinical claim, that means going back to the partner surgeon rather than to a search engine.
If it is wrong, we correct it and the page’s updated date moves. If it is right, we will tell you what it is based on, so you can judge for yourself.
A typo, a broken link or a wrong word gets fixed quietly. Marking those would bury the ones that matter.
A factual correction, anything that could have changed a reader’s decision, gets a dated note on the page saying what was wrong and what it now says. We do not quietly rewrite a fact and pretend it always read that way.
We act as soon as we have verified it. We are not going to promise you a number of hours we cannot keep: a clinical correction waits for the surgeon who has to confirm it, and that can take days.
If something on the site could cause harm if acted on, we take it down first and verify afterwards.
If the thing that is wrong is about you personally, or is a photograph of you, tell us and it comes down while we deal with it. That does not wait in a queue.
Descriptions of our company on directories, review platforms and other people’s websites are not ours to edit. Some of them are inaccurate and some are years out of date. Tell us and we will ask the site to correct it, but we cannot promise that it will.
How we write and check things in the first place is set out in our editorial policy.
