Frequently asked questions

Good decisions start with good questions.

The answers below are the honest versions, the same ones we give on WhatsApp every day. Anything unanswered, ask us directly; a real person replies.

Safety & trust

Is it safe, and can I trust you?

Is it safe to have treatment in Turkey?
With the right team, yes, Istanbul's leading hospitals are internationally accredited and its top specialists world-class. The risk in medical tourism is choosing on price alone from a thousand websites. Our entire job is removing that risk: board-certified doctors, accredited hospitals, verified results, shown to you before you decide.
How do I know your doctors are qualified?
Certifications are verified and shown to you; you meet your doctor by video before booking; and you can see healed results of cases like yours. Trust here is built on documents and video calls, not homepage adjectives.
Why is treatment in Turkey so much more affordable?
Lower operating costs and a highly competitive medical sector, not lower standards. The same implant brands, the same technology, often more specialist experience per year than Western clinics see in five.
What if something goes wrong?
Complications are rare with proper screening and experienced teams, and they're also exactly what we plan for: you're treated in full hospitals (not apartment clinics), your surgeon monitors you before flying home is even discussed, and aftercare continues after you land. If an issue appears later, you contact us first and we mobilise the medical team, that's what coordination means.
How do I know this is real, and not a scam?
The best answer is not words, it is how the payment works: you pay nothing until the day of your operation. You arrive, settle into your hotel, meet your surgeon in person the next day, your tests are done free of charge, and only when everything is cleared do you pay, right before surgery. If the tests say no, you pay nothing at all. No deposits, no transfers in advance, and a driver with your name is waiting at the airport.
What if my tests say surgery is not safe for me?
Then we do not operate, and the tests cost you nothing. We would rather cancel your surgery than take a risk with you. In that case two hotel nights are covered by us. We also tell you in advance what condition to arrive in, so this almost never comes as a surprise. Often a small issue in the blood work can be treated in a few days and the operation simply moves, with payment again only on the day.
Who will see my photos? I would prefer a woman.
Your consultation and coordination are handled by a woman, and your photos are seen only by the doctor reviewing your case. They are never posted anywhere and can be deleted at your request. You can also send them without your face, or in a swimsuit, that is enough for an assessment. We will always tell you honestly who your surgeon would be; we cannot guarantee a female surgeon and will never promise what we cannot keep.
Can I see results of patients like me?
Yes. Your coordinator can show you similar cases privately in the chat. They are shared with those patients' permission and they stay between us, which is also why our public pages show fewer photos than our archive holds: we only publish what patients allow.
Are you a clinic or an agency?
An agency, and we say so plainly because it is the reason we can be honest. We do not own an operating theatre, so we have nothing to fill. We are paid to match you with the right surgeon and to run everything around your treatment, which means recommending the surgeon who fits your case rather than the one whose schedule is empty.
How do you choose which surgeons to work with?
We work with ten plastic surgeons, each with their own field, plus specialists in dentistry, hair restoration, cosmetology, bariatric surgery and urology. The test we apply is simple and we apply it every time: would we send our own family to this person? Results we have verified, a hospital we would be treated in ourselves, and a surgeon who tells patients no when the answer is no.
Will I meet my surgeon before the operation?
Yes, in person, the day before surgery, and by video before you travel if you want. Nothing is finalised until the surgeon has examined you face to face. If what you want is not right for your anatomy, that is the conversation where you will hear it.
What if the surgeon says no?
Then we tell you, and we do not take your money. It happens: sometimes the anatomy does not allow what a patient wants, sometimes a test result rules surgery out, sometimes the honest answer is a smaller procedure or none. We would rather lose a booking than deliver a result you will regret.
Are the hospitals accredited?
We only work with fully licensed private hospitals with intensive care on site. That is not a detail: it is the single biggest difference between a safe cosmetic surgery and a cheap one, and it is where a large part of the price goes.
Do you ever refuse patients?
Yes. Unstable weight before body contouring, unrealistic expectations, health conditions that make elective surgery unwise, or a request for something we do not believe will help. Saying no is part of the job.
Money & booking

How pricing and quotes work

How do I get a price?
Personally, because an honest quote requires your photos and goals, not a menu. Send both on WhatsApp; within about a day you'll have a personal plan with one all-inclusive figure covering treatment, hospital, hotel, transfers, interpreter and aftercare. No hidden extras, the figure you're quoted is the figure you pay.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Because every case is genuinely different, and honest medicine doesn't price sight unseen. A published "from" price is bait; a personal quote after a specialist reviews your photos is an answer.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, the WhatsApp consultation, specialist photo review and your personal plan cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
When do I actually pay?
On the day of your operation, after you have met your surgeon in person and your tests are cleared. Not before. There are no prepayments; the one exception is a booking made more than six months ahead, where a small deposit can lock your price in place.
Another clinic quoted me much cheaper. Why?
It may be true, and it is worth checking one thing: ask them exactly what is included. The hospital nights? The hotel? Transfers? An interpreter at every appointment? The compression garments? And above all, who looks after you once you are back home, and what happens if you ever need a correction? Our number includes all of it. When a quote is much cheaper, usually one of those things is quietly missing, and it tends to be the one you need later.
Can the price change after I arrive?
Only at the pre-operative examination, and only for a medical reason, typically when treatment zones are added after the surgeon examines you. Anything like that is discussed and agreed with you before it happens. The price never changes as a surprise, and payment still only happens on the day of surgery.
What if I ever need a correction?
If the result critically differs from what your doctor promised, the doctor takes responsibility for the correction. You would pay only the operating theatre fee, we cover up to three hotel nights, and the flights are yours. You will have this in writing before you ever book.
What exactly is included in the price?
Surgery, the surgeon, the hospital stay, anaesthesia, tests, your hotel with breakfast, all transfers in a private car, an interpreter, medication, garments where needed, and your aftercare. One number, not a starting number.
Are there any extra costs at all?
Your flights, your food outside the hotel breakfast, and anything you choose to add after arriving. Nothing medical appears later. If a quote changes, it is because you changed what you are having, and you will be told before anything happens.
Do you take a deposit?
No. You pay on the day of surgery, not before. The one exception is if you book more than six months ahead and want the price locked, and even then it is a small holding amount, not a prepayment for surgery.
How do you accept payment?
You settle it in Istanbul on the day of surgery. Your coordinator will explain the accepted methods before you travel, so there are no surprises on the day.
Is a cheaper quote elsewhere ever genuine?
Sometimes, and sometimes it is a different operation entirely: a smaller hospital, no intensive care, an anaesthetist you never meet, a shared room, no aftercare, or a surgeon who is not the one you were shown. Ask any cheaper quote what it excludes. That question is more useful than the number.
Can I pay for a family member?
Yes, and it is common. Tell your coordinator who is travelling and who is paying, and everything else works the same way.
Travel & logistics

Getting there and being looked after

Do I need a visa?
Many nationalities enter Türkiye visa-free or with a simple e-Visa; we confirm your case and help with paperwork, including medical-visa letters when needed.
Can I bring someone with me?
Please do, companions recover patients faster. We arrange shared accommodation and transfers, and Istanbul takes excellent care of the waiting.
I don't speak Turkish, or perfect English. Will that be a problem?
No. Your coordinator and interpreter work in English, Russian and Arabic, and every medical conversation is translated properly, guesswork has no place in consent forms.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular surgeons book weeks ahead; but from first message to treatment can be as short as 2–3 weeks when schedules align. Tell us your ideal dates and we'll build around them.
How quickly will someone answer me?
Within a few hours during the day, and first thing in the morning if you write at night, Istanbul time. A real person, not a bot.
Who meets me at the airport?
A driver in a private Mercedes, holding your name, and your coordinator is reachable on WhatsApp from the moment you land.
What is the hotel like?
A five-star hotel we have worked with for five years, close to the hospital. After surgery the staff bring breakfast to your room, because they know our patients and they know what the first days look like.
Will someone be with me at the hospital?
Yes. A coordinator goes with you, stays through admission, and visits you daily. Our patients regularly tell us this is the part they remember most.
Can I travel alone?
For most procedures yes, and many patients do, with our team around them the whole time. For very large operations such as a 360 body lift we strongly advise bringing someone, and we will say so plainly rather than take the booking quietly.
What is the best time of year to come?
Any month works. Istanbul is hot in July and August, which matters more for recovery comfort than for the surgery itself. Sun on a fresh scar is the real reason to prefer spring or autumn if you have the choice.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable loose clothing, anything you take regularly, and your usual documents. Your coordinator sends a specific list once your plan is set, including what to wear home after surgery.
Can you help with flights?
We do not book flights, but we will tell you which days work with your surgery and recovery schedule before you book anything, so you do not end up flying too early.
Treatment & recovery

During and after your treatment

How long will I stay in Istanbul?
Hair transplant: 2–3 days. Breast augmentation: ~5. BBL: ~6. Rhinoplasty and breast lift: ~7. Facelift: ~8. Tummy tuck: ~9. Dental: 4 days–2 weeks by plan. Your personal plan states it exactly, and never schedules your flight before your final check-up.
Can I consult my surgeon before traveling?
Always, a video consultation with your doctor is a standard step, not a favour.
What happens after I fly home?
You stay in touch with us until every suture has healed. You send photos of the healing every two days, the medical team checks them for any early sign of trouble, and if anything ever feels wrong you write to us first, at any hour. If something needs a doctor where you live, we direct you to the right one immediately. Questions get answers in hours, not weeks, for as long as your recovery needs.
I am having my surgery somewhere else. Can you still help me?
Yes. We can organise just the care around your operation: the nurse visits, the hotel, the transfers, the medications and the aftercare. You are welcome exactly as if the surgery were ours, because the days after an operation are when good care matters most.
Can I combine treatment with a holiday?
Before treatment, wonderful: see Istanbul, then heal. After, gently, and by your surgeon's rules: recovery outranks sightseeing for a few days. We'll plan both honestly.
How often will I be checked after surgery?
Daily while you are in Istanbul, by a nurse and by your coordinator, and then every two days by photograph once you are home, until you are healed.
What if I have a problem after I get home?
You message your coordinator, the same person you have been speaking to. Serious concerns go straight to your surgeon, and if you need to be seen locally we will help you explain the operation to a doctor at home.
Will I have scars?
Yes, wherever skin is removed. Where they sit and how well they are closed is what a good surgeon controls, and we will show you honestly where yours will be before you decide. Anyone promising no scar from a skin-removing operation is not being straight with you.
When can I fly home?
Your plan builds in the right number of days, usually between four and fourteen depending on the procedure. Nobody flies before the surgeon clears them, and we do not shorten a stay to fit a cheaper flight.
When will I see the final result?
Swelling hides results for longer than most people expect: weeks for the face, months for the body. Your shape at week three is not your result. We label every before and after photo on this site with its healing stage for exactly that reason.
Can I have more than one procedure at once?
Often yes, and combining is frequently kinder to your body and calendar than two trips. There are safe limits on operating time, and your surgeon will tell you where yours are rather than agreeing to everything at once.
Do you keep my photos?
They are seen by your surgeon and your coordinator and nobody else. Nothing is ever published without your written permission, and if you would prefer a woman to handle your case, ask, because most of our consultations are done by women anyway.
Can I speak to a former patient?
Sometimes, when a patient has offered. Otherwise the reviews on this site are all real, public and named, and the results in our gallery are our own patients shown with written consent.
