Most people who come to us for surgery never learn these are available, which is a shame, because for some of them a device is the better answer and no operation is needed at all.
Device treatments are not interchangeable and they are not magic. Broadly: skin laxity responds to Ultherapy and Morpheus 8, skin texture and scarring to Morpheus 8, Scarlet X and RevLite, fat to CoolSculpting and Emsculpt Neo, muscle to Emsculpt Neo and Emface, and cellulite to EMTONE. Loose skin that hangs needs surgery, and no device will change that.
We would rather tell you a device will not do what you hope than sell you six sessions of it. If you send photos, the answer you get back names the device that fits, or tells you honestly that this is a surgical problem.
