Women rarely go bald the way men do, hair thins diffusely, parts widen, ponytails shrink. It's also far less talked about, and often dismissed. We take it seriously: honest analysis first, and treatment designed around how women actually lose hair.
A transplant relocates hair; it doesn't stop loss that's driven by hormones, thyroid, iron, stress or medication. For some women the right first step is treating the cause, and if that's your case, our doctors will say so plainly rather than sell you surgery. A transplant is the right tool when donor hair is stable and the goal is restoring density, a widened part, a receded hairline, or hair lost to scarring, burns, traction (tight styles, extensions), or after a facelift moved the hairline.
Unshaven techniques (usually DHI) work through your existing hair, only a discreet donor patch at the back is trimmed, hidden under the hair above it from day one.
Grafts are placed between existing hairs, without damaging them, to rebuild the density of your part line, hairline or temples.
Women's hairlines are softer and their growth patterns different from men's; the design respects that, so results read as "her hair grew back," not "she had work done."
The same honest arc as every transplant, settling in days, shock-shedding in weeks 3–8, growth from month 3, the full result at 12 months, with the difference that unshaven work is essentially invisible to others throughout. The full month-by-month is on our FUE page.
Every photo is one of our own patients, shared with their permission.
Two doctors at home had brushed off my thinning part. Here they checked my bloods, confirmed my donor hair was stable, and did it unshaven so nobody at the office noticed. A year later my part line is back and I finally wear my hair down again.

Send us your photos in confidence. We'll tell you honestly whether a transplant is right for you, and if it isn't yet, what is. A real person, not a call centre, every step.
