FUE, follicular unit extraction, is the technique that made Istanbul the hair capital of the world: follicles are harvested individually from your donor area and placed where they're needed, leaving no linear scar and no evidence beyond great hair.
A micro-punch (under a millimetre wide) lifts follicular units, each carrying 1–4 hairs, from the permanent zone at the back of your head. Micro-channels are opened in the recipient area and each graft is placed to match natural growth. Channels this small can sit close together, up to 40–50 grafts per cm², which is what makes real density possible.
Opens those channels with blades of polished sapphire instead of steel: smoother incisions, less tissue trauma, faster healing, and even finer control of angle, the difference you see at the hairline, where naturalness is won or lost.
For suitable cases (typically smaller graft counts, or longer hair that covers the work), unshaven FUE keeps your current style while the transplant heals invisibly underneath, popular with clients whose profession lives on camera or in boardrooms. Whether your case qualifies is part of the free photo analysis.

The shock loss at week four nearly gave me a heart attack, but they'd warned me, and the check-in message came right on time. A year later the hairline looks like it never left, and no scar at the back at all. Two days in Istanbul, everything handled.
