A surgeon operates, then moves to the next theatre. That is how surgery works everywhere, including at home, and it is not a criticism of anyone. But it does mean that the person you actually need at nine in the evening on day three, when you are not certain whether what you are feeling is normal, is not the surgeon.
It is your coordinator. One person, the same person, on WhatsApp, who knows your case and can reach the surgeon when the answer has to come from them.

Everything on this page is part of your all-inclusive quote. There is no "concierge upgrade" and no surprise fees, this is simply how we treat every patient.
What is not included, so that nothing surprises you later: international flights, visa costs, travel and medical-complication insurance, meals outside the hotel arrangement, extra hotel nights beyond your plan, and personal spending. We tell you which days work with your surgery and recovery; you book the flights yourself.
