Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) · Istanbul

Curves that are 100% you, because they are.

A Brazilian Butt Lift sculpts twice with one surgery: fat is removed from where you don't want it, waist, abdomen, thighs, purified, and transferred to where you do. No foreign material. Just your own tissue, in better proportion.

Is this for you?

A BBL is the right conversation if…

…your shape lacks the curve you want no matter how many squats you do; weight loss or age has deflated what was there; or asymmetry bothers you. Because a BBL needs donor fat, very slim patients sometimes hear an honest "not yet, or consider implants instead." Both paths exist, and we'll tell you plainly which one your body supports.

BBL vs implants

Your own fat, or implants?

Fat transfer (BBL)

Feels and moves naturally, leaves no implant and no visible scars (the fat goes in through tiny punctures), and slims the donor zones as a bonus. Typically 60–85% of transferred fat integrates permanently, your surgeon plans volumes with that in mind.

Gluteal implants

Offer a dramatic, immediate, permanent volume increase through a small incision hidden in the natural fold, the option when there isn't enough donor fat for the goal.

Which is right is an anatomical question first and a preference second; the consultation covers both honestly.

Safety first

Let's talk about BBL safety, honestly

You may have read that BBL carries risks in the wrong hands. It's true, and it's exactly why who operates and where matters more for this procedure than almost any other. The surgeons we match for BBL are board-certified plastic surgeons who perform fat transfer to modern safety standards, injecting only above the muscle, in accredited hospitals with full anesthesia teams. This is not a procedure for bargain hunting, it's a procedure for the right hands. We'll show you your surgeon's credentials and experience before you decide anything.

Your days in Istanbul

Planned realistically, not optimistically

1

Day 1

VIP pick-up, hotel check-in, rest; your coordinator walks you through the days ahead.

2

Day 2: Surgery

Consultation, tests and 3D planning with your surgeon, you'll see the projected result before surgery. Then the procedure, and a night under medical care.

3

Days 3–4

Monitored recovery; your surgeon explains the sitting and sleeping rules that protect your result.

4

Days 5–6

Check-up, then rest at the hotel, on your stomach or side, with your BBL pillow for any necessary sitting.

5

From day 6

Final examination and clearance to fly (some patients stay a few days longer for comfort, we plan your dates realistically, not optimistically).

Recovery, honestly

What the weeks after really look like

  • The famous rule is real: no sitting directly on your new curves for ~2 weeks; after that, a BBL pillow for a while longer. Sleep on your stomach or side for 2–3 weeks.
  • Compression garment for ~6 weeks; skip pools, saunas and sunbathing during that time.
  • Walking from day one (it helps healing); real training returns gradually at 2–3 months.
  • Swelling settles over weeks; judge your result at 3–6 months, not week 3.
  • Keep your weight stable, significant gain or loss changes fat volume everywhere, including your result.

★★★★★

I did months of research because I'd read the scary stories. What sold me was how much they talked about safety, the surgeon's credentials, the accredited hospital, the honest recovery. Six months on, the result is natural and completely mine.

Good questions to ask

Brazilian Butt Lift, the honest answers

Where does the fat come from?
Wherever you have it to spare and want it least, typically the abdomen, waist, flanks or thighs. The liposuction half of a BBL is a genuine contouring treatment in itself; the "before and after" happens on both sides of your silhouette.
How much of the transferred fat survives?
Typically 60–85% integrates permanently. Your surgeon over-plans volume accordingly, and the fat that establishes itself in the first months is yours for the long term. A touch-up transfer is possible later if you want more.
Will I have scars?
From the fat transfer itself, no visible ones; it's done through punctures a few millimeters wide. Liposuction entry points are equally tiny and placed discreetly. Implants, if chosen instead, use one small incision hidden in the natural fold.
Why can't I sit for two weeks?
Direct pressure in the first weeks can damage fat cells before they've established blood supply, literally squashing your result. The pillow trick: it shifts your weight to your thighs. Annoying for two weeks; worth it for years.
What if I gain or lose weight later?
The transferred cells behave like fat anywhere on you, they grow and shrink with your weight. Stable weight = stable result.
Is one surgery enough?
Usually yes. If you want more volume than your donor fat allowed in one session, a second transfer is safe and common after full healing.
