Liposuction · Istanbul

For the areas that ignore every diet.

You've done the work, and some fat simply won't move. Liposuction removes those stubborn deposits and sculpts the contour underneath, with modern techniques that are gentler than the liposuction of a decade ago.

Is this for you?

Liposuction is the right conversation if…

…you're close to a weight you're happy with, but certain zones won't cooperate: the lower belly, hips and flanks, inner thighs, knees, arms, chin. Liposuction is body sculpting, not weight loss, it treats the shape, not the scale. If weight itself is the goal, our doctors will say so honestly and may suggest a different path.

Techniques

Vaser, laser, classic, chosen for your case

Vaser liposuction

Uses ultrasound to loosen fat before removal, gentler on surrounding tissue, less bruising, and precise enough for high-definition contouring.

Laser liposuction

Liquefies fat and stimulates the skin to tighten as it heals, often chosen for smaller, delicate zones.

Your surgeon selects the technique (or combination) that fits your anatomy and goals, and explains the choice in your consultation. The removed fat can also be purified and reused, many patients combine liposuction with a Brazilian Butt Lift.

Recovery, honestly

What the weeks after really look like

  • Swelling peaks around day 2–3 and settles over several weeks, the mirror gets better every week, with the true result at about 5–6 weeks.
  • A compression garment is worn for about a month; it does much of the sculpting work.
  • Desk work: usually fine after ~2 weeks. Sport: from ~2 months.
  • Treated areas don't regrow fat cells, but the rest of you can still gain weight, a stable lifestyle keeps the result.

★★★★★

I'd been stuck with the same lower-belly pouch for years despite the gym. The team explained exactly what liposuction could and couldn't do, no overselling. Six weeks on, my clothes finally fit the way I always wanted.

Good questions to ask

Liposuction, the honest answers

What exactly is Vaser liposuction?
A technique that uses ultrasound energy to break up fat before it's removed. It allows more fat to be taken more evenly, with less trauma to vessels and tissue, which means less bruising and the possibility of "liposculpture": defining contours, not just reducing volume.
How many areas can be treated at once?
Several, within safe medical limits your surgeon calculates for your body. Multiple zones usually mean general anesthesia and a slightly longer recovery.
Will I see the result immediately?
No, and this surprises people. Swelling hides the result at first. Expect to see the real shape at around 5–6 weeks, with subtle refinement for months after.
Can the fat come back?
Removed fat cells don't return to the treated area. But remaining cells anywhere in the body can grow with weight gain, which can distort the result. Keep your weight stable and the result is long-lasting.
What are the risks?
Temporary swelling, bruising, and unevenness are the common ones; infection is rare. Serious complications are uncommon and are minimized by an experienced surgeon, a properly equipped hospital, and following your aftercare plan, all three of which are exactly what we arrange.
What should I do for the best result?
Wear the compression garment as prescribed, skip alcohol and smoking during healing, walk daily but avoid hard training for two months, and attend your follow-ups, including the photo check-ins we do with you after you're home.
