Mommy Makeover · Istanbul

Everything pregnancy changed, addressed in one recovery.

A mommy makeover is not one operation, it is the combination your body actually needs, usually a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast surgery, and liposuction to redraw the waist. Doing them together means one anaesthetic, one hospital stay and one recovery instead of three.

Is this for you?

A mommy makeover is the right conversation if…

…your stomach never went back after children, no matter how disciplined you have been; your breasts lost volume or position after breastfeeding; your waist no longer responds to training; or you have loose skin after significant weight loss. Most of our mommy makeover patients are women between 25 and 45, and almost all of them tell us the same thing: nothing they did at home was ever going to fix it, because the problem is separated muscle and stretched skin, not effort.

It is also the right conversation if you have been quietly pricing three separate surgeries at home. Combining them is usually kinder to your body and to your calendar, and your surgeon will tell you honestly if your case is better split into two stages.

One thing we will always say plainly: if you are planning another pregnancy, wait. A later pregnancy can undo a muscle repair, and we would rather tell you that now than take your money twice.

What it combines

Built around your body, not a package name

Tummy tuck with muscle repair

Removes the loose skin and stitches the separated abdominal muscles (diastasis) back together. This is the part that flattens the profile, narrows the waist and often relieves back strain.

Breast surgery, your version of it

A lift where volume is fine but position is not, implants where volume is gone, or a lift with implants when both changed. The consultation decides which, not a package.

Liposuction 360

Waist, flanks and back sculpted so the new abdomen flows into a natural silhouette rather than a flat front with unchanged sides.

Optional additions

Some patients add an arm lift, a thigh lift or J-Plasma skin tightening. Your surgeon will tell you what is safe to do in one session and what is genuinely better done later.

There is no fixed mommy makeover recipe. Two women with the same history often need different combinations, which is exactly why the plan comes after photos and a consultation, never before.

Your days in Istanbul

Around eleven days, fully looked after

1

Day 1

Airport pick-up in a private Mercedes, hotel check-in, rest.

2

Day 2: Tests and surgeon

Blood tests and your face-to-face consultation. Nothing is decided until the surgeon has examined you in person.

3

Day 3: Surgery

Your combined procedure, then the night in hospital under round-the-clock care.

4

Days 4–6

Hospital recovery with daily checks; the nurse teaches you how to move, sleep and stand up comfortably.

5

Days 7–10

Hotel rest with your compression garment, daily visits from your coordinator, gentle short walks, breakfast brought to your room.

6

Day 11–12

Stitch check, final examination and clearance to fly, with your aftercare plan and medication for home.

Recovery, honestly

What the months after really look like

  • The first ten days ask the most of you. You will move slowly, sleep on your back with knees raised, and you will need someone with you, which is why many of our patients travel with a friend or partner.
  • Desk work at around 3–4 weeks. Lifting your children, sport and heavy effort wait 6–8 weeks and come back gradually.
  • Swelling comes and goes for months. Your shape at week three is not your result; the real one arrives somewhere between month three and month six.
  • Scars sit low on the abdomen and around the breast, placed to hide under underwear and swimwear. They fade from red to pale over about a year, and your scar care starts on day one.
  • We photograph your healing every two days until you are healed, and we stay in touch after you are home. Aftercare does not stop at the airport.

From the very beginning Anastassia was supportive, honest, and never once pushy. Everything she said would happen… did. I had a mummy makeover, and I am beyond happy with my results. I am now back home in Australia and still receiving aftercare support. I felt supported, not sold to.

Good questions to ask

Mommy makeover, the honest answers

Is it safe to combine so many procedures in one operation?
In the right hands and the right patient, yes, and it is done every week. Safety depends on your health, the total operating time and the hospital. Our surgeons will reduce or split the plan if your case calls for it, and they will say so before you book, not after you arrive. A full hospital with intensive care on site is not optional for this surgery, and it is what we use.
How long do I really need in Istanbul?
Plan for ten to twelve days. That covers tests, surgery, hospital recovery, hotel rest and the final check before flying. Booking a tight schedule is the one thing we ask you not to do.
Can I do it while my children are small?
Many of our patients do, but arrange real help at home first. You will not be lifting a toddler for around six weeks, and that is the part women underestimate most.
What if I want more children later?
Then wait. A future pregnancy can stretch the repaired muscles and undo part of the result. We would rather lose the booking than have you pay for the same surgery twice.
Do I have to do everything at once?
No. Sometimes two stages are safer or simply easier to recover from. Your surgeon decides that with you, based on your health and how much surgery your body should have in one session.
How do I get a price?
Send us photos on WhatsApp and tell us what bothers you. You get one all-inclusive quote covering surgery, hospital, hotel, transfers, interpreter and aftercare, with no extras appearing later. You pay on the day of surgery, not before.

Your body after children, on your terms.
